1. Overview

We want you to have a positive experience with PlateWay. If our service does not meet your expectations, we offer straightforward refund options depending on your purchase platform.

2. Web Subscriptions (Purchased via Lemon Squeezy)

For subscriptions purchased directly on our web application (app.plateway.app):

• 14-Day Refund Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase or annual subscription renewal.
• How to Request: Email our support team at support@plateway.app with your registered account email and your Lemon Squeezy order/invoice number.
• Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

3. Mobile Subscriptions (Purchased via Google Play)

For subscriptions purchased through our Android app via Google Play In-App Billing:

• All billing and refund decisions are governed by Google Play refund policies.
• You can request a refund directly through the Google Play Store app or at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory within 48 hours of purchase.
• If more than 48 hours have elapsed, you may contact our support team at support@plateway.app with your Google Play GPA order number, and we will review your request.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling a subscription prevents future recurring renewal charges. Your premium access remains active until the end of your prepaid billing period. A refund immediately cancels the entitlement and issues a payment reversal.
