By creating an account, accessing, or using PlateWay ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Medical & Health Disclaimer

PlateWay is not a medical device and does not provide medical or dietetic advice. All nutritional guidelines, plate proportions, calorie estimates, and macro calculations are intended solely for general wellness and educational meal planning. They are not designed to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical conditions. Always consult a qualified physician or registered dietitian before beginning any new diet or significant dietary changes.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

PlateWay provides free access to foundational plate planning tools and optional paid subscriptions for Premium features:

• Billing: Subscriptions are available on monthly ($4.99/mo) and annual ($39.99/yr) recurring intervals, billed in advance.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Web Purchases: Managed via Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
• Mobile Purchases: Processed through Google Play In-App Billing. Management and cancellation must be completed through your Google Play account settings.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of all recipes, comments, and photos you submit to PlateWay. You agree not to upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains harmful code. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlateWay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
